Pink Smoothie Bowl

A light, satisfying and refreshing dish that can be enjoyed any time of the day.

Ingredients

SMOOTHIE BOWL

  • 1/4 or 1/2 cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 packet frozen unsweetened acai
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vegan protein powder (optional)

TOPPING optional

  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds/hemp seeds

Directions

  1. Add all the smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until the mix forms a thick smoothie texture.
  2. Taste and adjust flavor as needed.
  3. Divide between serving bowls and garnish with desired toppings.
