Ingredients
SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 1/4 or 1/2 cup unsweetened oat or almond milk
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 packet frozen unsweetened acai
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp vegan protein powder (optional)
TOPPING optional
- 1/2 medium banana, sliced
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds/hemp seeds
Directions
- Add all the smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until the mix forms a thick smoothie texture.
- Taste and adjust flavor as needed.
- Divide between serving bowls and garnish with desired toppings.
